The quality image previously unobtainable on a promotional mug is a fraction of the cost of full screen printed mugs. These PhotoMugs are printed by dye-sublimation, the image is first printed using special inks onto a carrier paper and then transfered by heat to the ceramic surface. Under the intense heat and pressure the inks vaporise and permanently dye the mug with your design.Your designs can be printed all the way round the outside, (with a 10mm gap either side of the handle). All our PhotoMugs are printed using the Duraglaze process and are dishwasher and microwave proof.The Budget Range of promotional mugs does have limitations , but this is shown in the price. These promotional mugs offer a superb choice when budgets have to be closely watched. They are dishwasher friendly, but will begin to fade after 50+ washes, unlike the Duraglaze which are guaranteed to be completely dishwasher proof.
